TOURNAMENT FLOW

Kickball is a simple game consisting of two teams, bases, and a big red ball. Played like baseball, the goal is to score more runs than the opposing team. Click Here for a list of general rules/concepts central to gameplay, from team structure to other less discussed rules. The spirit of these rules is to ensure a fun environment and participant enjoyment. All games are to be played in a sportsmanlike manner.

• Games will be 50 minutes each / or 7 innings, whichever is first

• Teams will be required to play a minimum of 7 players on the field and a max of 10. Teams may have up to 15 players

• Teams will be allowed to substitute players from another team who is not currently playing if shorthanded

• Each team is guaranteed to play 2 games

• Winners advance to single elimination winners bracket for the Million Dollar Cup

• Games will be played by the Official World Kickball Association Rules, which can be found here.

• Registration is $300 per team, which will go toward putting on the event

• Each team is required to provide their own uniform

• Prizes will be awarded for best dressed team and best costume for team Mascot

ALL PROCEEDS GO TO WESTERN SLOPE CHARITIES

Teams are encouraged to represent their home turf on the Western Slope to see who takes home the coveted Million Dollar Cup trophy. We aim to grow the event year after year and spreading to additional towns across the Western Slope.

There will be some unique aspects that make this more than yer average kickball tournament - like having a stage in center field where a DJ will perform and MC’s will announce the games, followed by a concert after the games on Saturday night!

There is plenty of unofficial camping located in and around Silverton and at this time we will not be providing campsites or camping amenities. Plenty of parking will be provided for registered tournament players.
