RETREAT TYPES

  • FOUNDATIONS

    (2–3 days) – emotional reset, storytelling, self-awareness, and physical grounding.

  • SUMMIT

    (4–5 days) – mountain-based experience integrating breathwork, hiking, cold immersion, journaling, and group circles.

  • MENTORSHIP IMMERSION

    (5+ days) – training men to become future counselors for the High Altitude Healing youth programs.

2: retreat types

1. Foundations Retreat (2–3 days / In Person and Remote): emotional reset, storytelling, self-awareness, and physical grounding.

2. Summit Retreat (4–5 days / In Person Only): mountain-based experience integrating multiple modalities including psychedelics, breathwork, hiking, cold immersion, journaling, and group circles.

3. Mentorship Immersion (5+ days / In Person and Remote): training men to become future counselors for the High Altitude Healing youth programs.
